In the event of damaged or lost shipments, we follow a structured claims process focused on speed and transparency.
Upon receiving damaged freight, we:
- Take photographs of the damage
- Obtain carrier exception numbers
- Notify the client the same day
This allows clients to file their carrier claims with full documentation and timely visibility from our team.
